1 Delhi:
Arrival and transfer to the Hotel. Morning at leisure.
Afternoon tour of Old Delhi, including the Red Fort, Jama

Morning sightseeing of New Delhi, including India
Gate and the Rashtrapati Bhavan, both fine examples of
British Imperial architecture. Continue to the tomb of
the Mughal Emperor Humayun and the Qutb Minar. Overnight

3 To Varanasi:
Morning flight to Varanasi. Transfer to Hotel.
Afternoon tour of Sarnath, the site of Buddha's first

Early morning boat ride on the River Ganges. Afternoon

6 To Agra:
Morning drive to the village of Orchha, the former
capital of the Bundela dynasty. After lunch, continue
to Jhansi and take the train to Agra. Transfer to Hotel.

7 Agra:
After breakfast, visit Taj Mahal, the massive Agra
Fort and the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah. Afternoon at leisure

8 To Jaipur:
Drive to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted
16th century red sandstone city, built by Emperor Akbar
as his capital and abandoned just fifteen years later.
Continue to Jaipur, stopping en route for lunch. Arrive
Jaipur and check into Hotel. This evening you may visit
Chokhi Dhani and enthnic rajasthani village mela and restaurant.

9 Jaipur:
Morning tour of the ancient Fort Palace of Amber.
Afternoon visit to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and the
Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. Evening you may

This morning there will be a tour of the City Palace
