Day 1 Cochin:
On arrival at the Kochi Airport / Railway Station transfer to the hotel. After refreshing proceed for sightseeing visiting Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, etc. In the evening enjoy Kathakali Dance show. Overnight at your Hotel in Cochin.

Day 2 To Kumarakom:
Morning visit to the Mattancherry Palace, a gift from the King of Portugal to the Raja of Travancore. Continue on a drive to Alleppey for a cruise through the Kerala backwaters. Later continue to Kumarakom. Evening sunset cruise on Lake Vembanad. Overnight at your hotel in Kumarakom.

Day 4 To Thekkady:
Morning drive up into the Western Ghats to Thekkady. Afternoon boat trip through Periyar Wildlife Reserve. Overnight at your hotel in Thekkady.

Day 5 To Madurai:

Day 6 To Tanjore:

Day 7 Tanjore:
Morning visit to Brihadeeswara Temple, the grandest architectural achievement of the Chola era and a World Heritage Site. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at your hotel in Tanjore.

Day 8 To Pondicherry:
Morning drive to Pondicherry, via Darasuram, a temple noted for its fine sculpture and visit the bronze casting centre at Swami Malai. Continue to Pondicherry for an afternoon tour of the former French colony, including Aurobindo Ashram, Eglise de Notre Dame de la Conception Immaculee and Auroville. Overnight at your hotel in Pondicherry.

Day 9 To Mahabalipuram:
This morning drive to Mahabalipuram to visit the scenically located shore temples. Overnight at your hotel in Mahabalipuram.

Day 10 Mahabalipuram:
Day free at leisure. Enjoy the beautiful beach at Mahabalipuram.
